| Education Scholarship Program |
Education has been the cornerstone of the Daniel Orjiako Foundation since its inception in 2004. Since this time, the Daniel Orjiako Foundation has made a great impact in many Nigerian communities increasing access to quality education and providing opportunities for advanced education.
- 27 students were awarded a full year of college tuition of $1,200 (twelve hundred US dollars) each. Without this scholarship program, these 27 students would not have the opportunity to receive higher education.
- Over 170 students (consisting of approximately 55% females and 45% males) have participated in the Summer Math-Science Program since 2005. This fantastic program helps children break from their impoverished family background by strengthening scholastic foundation in English language, biology, chemistry, mathematics, and business to prepare them for college. Due to the generosity of our sponsors; all students in this program enjoy free tuition, room and board.
- The administrators and teachers selected for this program are competent and are certified in their various subject areas.
We are in deep gratitude and appreciation for the support and generosity of our donors, sponsors and also to our friends, family and colleagues that attended the 2010 Aug 7th Dinner/Dance Fundraiser and donated the funds to sponsor 27 students.
